Eating Disorder Resources

It is overwhelming when you or a loved one is ill. It can be filled with great apprehension and questions. I would imagine, if you are loved one, you probably have lots of questions and very little understanding for what is happening. I have spoke to many parents and loved ones who are so worried about making the wrong decision or saying the wrong thing and that is really understandable especially from what I can only imagine you are dealing with. One thing to remember if you being aware, present willing to love them through this illness is the best thing that you are offer them. We are all human, you are going to say the wrong thing, you are going to do the wrong thing in someones eyes but if your intention is good and committed to their recovery, then you are on the right track. Empowering yourself with quality resources can be a huge help in the process.
